I operate through a secure payment process to protect both myself as the supplier and my customers. Once payment has been successfully confirmed and secured, all orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours.

All shipments are sent with full tracking, and tracking information is provided immediately after dispatch as proof of shipment. Delivery times generally range from:

* United Kingdom: 1–2 working days
* USA, Europe & International Destinations: 3–5 working days (depending on the courier service and destination)

I primarily ship using Royal Mail, FedEx, and DHL. However, if a customer has a preferred courier service, I can arrange shipment through their chosen provider where available.

Once the courier confirms that the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, the order is considered fulfilled and complete.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. I cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details supplied by the customer.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping terms.
